Review the offer before checkout
Before you pay, read what the offering includes, what it does not include, the expected format, and any timing details. A clear purchase starts with a shared understanding of the service.
If something is unclear, ask in chat before buying. That is especially important for private offers, package work, or anything involving documents and deadlines. The best time to clarify scope is before checkout, not after both sides have different assumptions.
Use the shared dashboard as the home base
After purchase, the shared dashboard is where the relationship becomes organized. Meetings, package requests, document links, purchased documents, payment history, reviews, and counselor tasks can all live there depending on what you bought.
Keeping work inside the dashboard gives both sides context. If a meeting was booked, an async request was submitted, or a document was issued, you do not have to reconstruct the history from separate emails and files.
Manage parent access intentionally
Some students want a parent involved in payments, meetings, or booking. Others want more independence. If a parent is helping with purchases or logistics, make sure the permissions match what you want them to do.
